  • What should I expect after booking a room at one of your casas?

    • Upon booking a room, you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to your registration card. Every guest is required to sign this registration card before arrival, which provides instructions for accessing the hotel and your room. 
    • Please note that without the registration card, you will not have access to our facilities.
  • Why Casa Hotels?

    • Staying at a Casa Hotel provides a smart, automated, and art deco experience with central locations, flexible check-in, and responsive communication, making it a convenient choice for modern travelers. Come stay with us! 
  • How do I enter a Casa Hotel and access my room?

    • To obtain your access code, please complete the registration card provided upon booking. You will use this unique code to unlock both the main building door and your designated room. Your access details will be sent to the email you provided during reservation, 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
  • What are the standard check-in and check-out times at your hotels?

    • Our standard check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 11 am.
    • You may request early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability.
  • What is the cancellation policy?

     Refundable Policy:

    • Base Policy: 72-hour cancellation window

    • Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.

    • Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.


    Non-Refundable Policy:

    • Base Policy: Non-refundable

    • Travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.


  • Do you provide onsite parking at your casas, and where can I park?

    Please note that we do not offer onsite parking at any of our casas. Here are some recommended parking options for our different locations:

    • Casa Ocean: Paid public street parking or paid private garages at 416 Ocean Dr, 424 Ocean Dr, or 421 Collins Ave.
    • Casa Sofi: Paid public street parking or public park located at 137 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, Fl 33139 (one block from the property). 
  • What dining and entertainment options are available near your casas?

    • Our casas are strategically located within walking distance of South Beach's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Please check out our customized guide for our favorite recommendations and tips.

  • Is there daily housekeeping per room?

    • At our eco-friendly hotel, we clean rooms every 3 days to reduce our environmental impact. If you prefer more frequent service, please let us know; we're here to assist.
  • Do you offer luggage storage services, and what are the details?

    • We offer luggage storage services only at Casa Ocean's front desk from 9 am to 11 pm. Casa Sofi guests are welcome to use this service at Casa Ocean as well. Please be aware that we do not hold luggage overnight, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings while they are left in storage. Guests use this service at their own risk.
