Casa Hotels - Terms and Conditions

By using the services of Casa Hotels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Charges and Damages

1.1. You will be charged accordingly for the following:

  • Smoking in a guest room
  • Excessive debris removal
  • Damage to the guest room


2. Valuables and Items

2.1. The hotel assumes no responsibility for the loss of valuables. 

2.2. The hotel is not responsible for items left in guest rooms after departure.


3. Personal Liability

3.1. You acknowledge that your liability for this bill and all charges associated with this reservation are not waived. You agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or group fails to pay the full amount of charges.


4. Credit Card Authorization

4.1. Standard credit card authorization policies may vary from bank to bank. The release of funds may take up to 10 business days.


5. Communication Consent

5.1. You agree and consent to the use of your personal details, such as phone number and email address, to receive communication, emails, texts, or promotional messages from Casa Hotels.


6. Cancellation Policy


6.1. Refundable Policy:


  • Base Policy: 72-hour cancellation window
  • Travelers who cancel 72 hours or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
  • Travelers who cancel less than 72 hours before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax.


6.2. Non-Refundable Policy:


  • Base Policy: Non-refundable
  • Travelers who cancel at any time (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.


7. Age Restriction

7.1. All guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

8. Damages and Incidents

8.1. Any damages to hotel property or other incidents should be reported immediately to our staff through email, text or phone call. Guests are responsible for any damages they may cause during their stay.


9. Accessibility

9.1. The hotel is committed to providing accessible facilities for guests with disabilities. Please contact the hotel in advance to discuss specific accommodation needs.


10. Indemnification

10.1. Guests agree to indemnify and hold the hotel harmless from any liability or claims, including legal fees, arising from their actions or use of hotel services.


11. Force Majeure

11.1. The hotel shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, weather, acts of God, or government restrictions.


12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

16.1. Casa Hotels reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon posting on the hotel's website.
